We only accept returns on ready-made poker tables that arrive damaged. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of damage (photos or video) within 48 hours of delivery. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Returns for any other reason cannot be accepted.
If your poker table arrives damaged, please get in touch to return it to us. Once we receive and verify the damage, we will refund your return shipping costs.
